Pedagogical program aimed at young professionals or advanced students who are interested in the work of Àngels Margarit / cia. MUDANCES.

We continuously program monographic courses of different techniques and repertoire and composition workshops, taught by dancers, guest teachers or collaborators of Àngels Margarit / cia. MUDANCES.

We wish to create a teaching activity around our work to bring young professionals closer to the company and prepare dancers in the current languages of modern dance and in the basic materials used in the choreographies of Àngels Margarit / cia. MUDANCES.


2016

Àngels Margarit/cia. MUDANCES, in collaboration with La Caldera, presents the pedagogical dance program m.a.p. (mudances aula pedagògica) for 2016, aimed at dancers and choreographers.

Throughout the year we will program different practical and techniques for interpreting and creating artists taught by internationally renowned teachers and leaders in their specialty in the world of dance.

The workshops will be done in La Caldera (c/ Eugeni d’Ors, 12. 08028 Barcelona).

mòdulmap is Àngels Margarit / cia. MUDANCES proposal to expand and increase m.a.p.-mudances aula pedagógica activities. This project aims to be itinerant and involve the participation and complicity of other related organisations.

mòdulmap consists in 4 independent and complentary modules which will develope in the course of 2012/2013 and which go on for one month -5 to 6 hours daily- and are programmed quarterly. This is a singular training programm, wide, compacted and specialized, unique in the sector, that allows an intensive immersion in concrete periods which makes it easier to combine with the work or the specific moving for students that live far away from the training centers. Each module includes different contents and materials both technical and practical as theoretical around the interpreter/performer and contemporary creator profession, which are not normally found in the official educational offering. The sessions will be taught by national and international professionals, contacting active creators in different fields of dance and performing arts.

mòdulmap is aimed at dancers and/or choreographers who have completed their studies and are now in the process of becoming profesionals or for existing profesionals wanting to nurture. It aims to be a way of upgrading and deepen their knowledge of the languages ​​of movement, body and different tools and technologies used in the creative process.

The first mòdulmap #1 will take place in lacaldera, a dance and performing arts creation center, a landmark in Barcelona, from 5th to 30th November and counts with following teachers: Salva Sanchis, Núria Font, Isabel Lopez, Africa Navarro, Roser López Espinosa, Inés Boza, Carles Salas, Angels Margarit.
